I understand how difficult it can be making contact with a therapist for the first time, and hope to put you at ease.

Please note that at this time I’m unfortunately unable to support people who are in crisis (e.g. actively suicidal, severe domestic violence), or people who have received major mental health ‘diagnoses’ (e.g. ‘schizophrenia’, ‘bipolar’, ‘borderline’, ‘antisocial personality’).
